Delivery terms using the courier MRW:
- National delivery:
This includes two delivery attempts. If the recipient is absent, a note is left with details on the office where the shipment can be collected within a period of 15 days. If it is not collected, the shipment will be returned to its origin.
- International delivery:
Only one delivery attempt will be made. If the recipient is absent, a note will be left with details on the office where the shipment can be collected within a period of 7 days. If it is not collected, it will be returned to its origin. Shipments cannot be made to PO boxes.

Documents received in poor condition by the client can be returned provided this was not caused by reasons attributable to the carrier. Any documents that are returned as defective for a reason attributable to the client will be rejected.
- 4. Orders
Once the order has been confirmed and the payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Then your order will be sent and you will receive it in the agreed delivery time.
- 5. Payment, Pricing and Special Offers
The user accepts the payment system chosen from the ones available on the website. After completing the payment form, the user accepts transfer over to the secure payment gateway of their chosen financial institution and accepts it.
The price paid is shown in the specific conditions of the chosen product which the client then accepts.
Special offers will be duly announced on the web and where appropriate specific pricing and terms will be included in the conditions.
- 6. View Orders
The owner of the website provides in any case clear and exact information about the prices of the products or services on offer, explicitly stating whether the price includes any applicable taxes or shipping charges.
The owner of the website confirms receipt of customer acceptance through an email after the purchase procedure. The content of the email includes written information about the conditions.
- 7. Update Account Information
The account must be kept updated by the user in accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13 relating to the Protection of Personal Data in such a way that the data is updated as soon as it becomes inaccurate or incomplete.
